  Global Oceanographic Data Center (hereafter called GODAC) assumes no responsibility for loss in conjunction with these contents and changes thereof.
  

• User information and password
  To perform user information registration, make sure that information to register (E-mail address etc.) is the one belongs to the registered person.
  If the user has registered with false information different from the registered person or the contact address (E-mail address etc.) is unaccounted for, registration may be cancelled without prior notice.
  Here, user information can be modified or changed on the "User information update and delete screen" even after the registration is completed.
  It never occurs that GODAC asks for password to users. In addition, user passwords will never be open to any third person.
  Do not notify your ID and password to a third person. If an illegal act against this regulation occurs for services needing ID and password, registration may be cancelled without prior notice.

• Site linkage
  - Linking your Web site to this site is free regardless of whether it is a commercial, non-profit or intranet site.
  - Link address shall be limited to http://www.godac.jp/.
  - It is not allowed to link directly to images or low-end files.

• About copyright and other rights
  Except for explicitly stated items, copyright and other rights of texts, images, video images, artwork and data used in this site, in principle, belong to Independent Administrative Institution, Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC).

• About IP addresses
  When any user gets access to this site, the web server of this site automatically records the userfs domain and IP address. The IP addresses of these users will be used for problem diagnosis of the server and maintenance and management of the Web site.
